I’m More Than a Health Coach,

I’ve Been Where You Are

I’m Gwendolyn, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and wellness advocate.

But before I became a health coach, I spent 15 years in the corporate world-rising to the role of Vice President of European Marketing for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

I understand the pressures of being on top form-both in and out of the office.

From Burnout to Balance

The Breaking Point

In the spring of 2010, I began experiencing persistent fatigue. Even after a full night’s sleep, I would wake up feeling exhausted. To get through the day, I relied heavily on multiple cups of coffee and an afternoon Twix sugar fix for a temporary boost.

The Wakeup Call

I met with my doctor and went through a series of tests, certain there had to be a serious underlying issue. When everything came back normal, I was advised to take a month off to rest. That wasn’t a practical option for me, and I was left feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do next.

The Escape

Believing I simply needed time to recharge, I booked a 10-day stay at the renowned BodyHoliday in Saint Lucia—drawn to its well-known promise: “Give us your body for a week, and we’ll give you back your mind.”

The Shock

Unfortunately, even a restorative getaway wasn’t enough. After returning home, I still woke up exhausted on my first day back at work. It became clear that I had neglected my health for too long, and that restoring my well-being would require time, intention, and meaningful lifestyle changes.

The Turning Point

Without a clear path forward, I committed to learning everything I could about health and wellness, gradually implementing lifestyle changes that led to lasting results. While I was ultimately able to restore my health, the process took years. I’ve since come to understand that with the right support and guidance, meaningful change can happen more efficiently and with far less trial and error.

I Didn’t Stop To Priortise My Health Until It was Too Late

Today, I help ambitious women avoid the trial-and-error I went through by guiding them toward a more supported, efficient path to better health.
